giving back & paying forward

Adorn is about PEOPLE. PLANET. PURPOSE - giving back to the planet, by exemplifying circular production and consumption / sustainable business practices that can help protect it, whilst paying forward knowledge, skills and experience to help people improve their own wellbeing. 


I am not funded to deliver services to communities, nor has Adorn ever been. Fortunately, early capital costs were partly covered by grants, after demonstrating social value. I create and sell products and services, and use time banking to subsidize capacity building work. Your custom and collaboration enables me to provide services and resources, to individuals and groups experiencing disadvantage / marginalisation, at lower costs or for free. This includes coaching, facilitation and training.


Perceiving wellbeing in a holistic sense, takes into consideration spiritual, psychological, social and material (environmental and financial) conditions and circumstances. Because these are highly subjective, I promote self-directed and solution focused learning, action and reflection, so individuals and groups - the custodians of their own lived experience - can take ownership of optimising their outcomes, starting from wherever they are (their current state and / or situation).
