Adorn is about PEOPLE. PLANET. PURPOSE - giving back to the planet, by exemplifying circular production and consumption / sustainable business practices that can help protect it, whilst paying forward knowledge, skills and experience to help people improve their own wellbeing. 

I am not funded to deliver services to communities, nor has Adorn ever been. Fortunately, early capital costs were partly covered by grants, after demonstrating social value. I create and sell products and services, and use time banking to subsidize capacity building work. Your custom and collaboration enables me to provide this for individuals and groups experiencing disadvantage / marginalisation, at lower costs or for free. This includes coaching, facilitation and training.

Perceiving wellbeing in a holistic sense, takes into consideration spiritual, psychological, physical, social and material (environmental and financial) conditions and circumstances. Because these can be highly subjective, I promote self-directed and solution focused learning, action and reflection, so individuals and groups - the custodians of their own lived experience - can take ownership of optimising their outcomes, starting from wherever they are (their current state and / or situation).
