Adorn is about PEOPLE. PLANET. PURPOSE. We want to give back to the planet, by exemplifying circular production and consumption / sustainable business practices that can help protect it, whilst paying forward our knowledge and skills to help people improve their own wellbeing. These are our principles, and we're passionate about them.

We are not currently funded to deliver services to communities, nor have we ever been. Fortunately, we were awarded grants to help cover some of our early capital costs, after we began running jewellery making / upcycling workshops that demonstrated our social value. We create and sell products and services, and use time banking to subsidize our capacity building work. Your custom and collaboration enables us to provide services and resources, to individuals and groups experiencing disadvantage / marginalisation, at lower costs or for free. This includes our coaching, facilitation and training.

We perceive wellbeing in a holistic sense, taking into consideration spiritual, psychological, social and material (environmental and financial) conditions and circumstances. Because these are highly subjective, our approach is to encourage and enable self-directed and solution focused learning, action and reflection, so individuals and groups - the custodians of their own lived experience - can take ownership of optimising their outcomes, starting from wherever they are (their current state and / or situation).
