Adorn is about PEOPLE. PLANET. PURPOSE. We want to give back to the planet, by exemplifying circular production and consumption / sustainable business practices that can help protect it, whilst paying forward our knowledge and skills to help people improve their own wellbeing. These are our principles, and we're passionate about them.

We are not funded to deliver services to communities at present. We currently use jewellery making / upcycling and time banking to subsidize our capacity building work with underrepresented groups. Your custom and collaboration enables us to provide services and resources, to individuals and groups experiencing disadvantage / marginalisation, at lower costs or for free. This includes our coaching, mentoring, facilitation and training.

We approach wellbeing in a holistic sense, taking into consideration spiritual, psychological, social and material (environmental and financial) conditions and circumstances. Because these are highly subjective, our approach is to encourage and enable self-directed and solution focused learning, action and reflection, so individuals and groups - the experts of their lived experience - can take ownership of optimising their desired outputs and outcomes, starting from wherever they are (their current state and / or situation).
