Ai as an Ally

Ai is a tool that we can use to become more effective and efficient. Utilising Ai can empower us to enhance and exemplify our natural intellectual, imaginative and intuitive capacity, in a similar way as the spoken and written word allows us to express ourselves. What Adorn CIC has done, with and for, Ai large language models (LLMs) such as chatGPT -  a conversational generative pretrained transformer - is based on who we are, what we know and what is important to us. All of our GPTs are developed by or with qualified professionals with extensive experience of working with individuals and groups, in community and educational settings. They have been trained on knowledge of social prescribing, community and youth work, advocacy and support, health and social care, anti-racism, violence against women and girls, teaching, training, facilitation, and formal supervision (volunteers and University students on placement). Our specialised GPTs are informed by lived experience (personal and professional), academic research, theory and good practice, whereas our custom GPTs also incorporate bespoke data and documentation. We can help you design and implement a system to induct, train and develop staff.
